Hi Rachelle, so glad to hear you are loosing weight again!! Told you stalls are just temporary!! I'm bigger to begin with so I think that's why I am loosing a little more weight on here. Everyone looses at their own rate. Since the stall ended I have been back to loosing an average of half a pound a day, but again, I'm a big girl! And that is GREAT for me! But I obviously don't expect it to continue at this rate, I know as I get smaller it's going to slow down significantly. But for now I will take what I get! I'm also at 4 weeks now so I can eat lean chicken and stuff and that's so exiting since I can finally get enough protein in and therefore started to have a lot of ENERGY now! Good luck to you, and let me know if there is anything I can do to help!

Glad u are out of yr stall....that's my worry. I lost 20 lbs before surgery, lost more than required but wanted to get going. I lost 10 since surgery. The older I get the harder it is to lose weight,so hoping this will do the trick. Actually looking forward to work...I get bored staying at home.

Hey nice to hear from another patient of Hoffman's. My recovery has been great....today is the first time I have felt tired and lacking energy. But I'm resting...well as much as I can....because I'm going to work tomorrow. How much have u lost so far?

Thank you for your comment! And don't worry about your stall. I lost NOTHING almost entire last week, and belive me I was worried!! But this week I already lost another 3 pounds! Averaging half a pound a day. I mean it was nicer to loose a whole pound a day before (right before and after surgery), but I know my body is starting to adjust and I will kick this UP when I start exercising next week! So don't stress out, just keep following the rules and sticking to the diet and in couple days you are going to start waking up to # lost every day again!
