    I am GREAT! How are you? How is the Coordinator job going??? Someone emailed today and asked me how I "refer" people to Dr Q cuz I mentioned in a post I have referred a few people. She said she was working with his patients with PreOp and PostOp nutrition or something? Anyway, I just said I meant I just have told people to check him out and that I don't do any kind of coordinating for him. I forgot you were corrodinating.     Hey India I know i heard from you about claiming this on my surgery. If I paid the Invoice on 12/12/12 and had surgery on 2/15/13 do I claim it on my 2012 taxes that I already filed or next years?

    Good job! Keep in mind that you cannot spot reduce a paarticular area. We lose overall and the areas shrink when we lose. The fat cell stay there in those areas they just get smaller. Good luck to you

    The thing that has been working well for me has been strength bands. It gives great tension and brings out your definition. Check it out it does wonders. Good luck to you and if you need some help with the bands, just leave a message.

    Hey there.. I just had my first appointment.. they want me to lose 13 pounds before they surgery and three months wait. That's really all they said. I guess I will find out more after the next appointment! I am so mad.. I can never view your pictures

So lately I have not written a blog post in a while. Why you ask is because I been meaning too and I keep getting side tracked.
