Help me please

Suggestions PLEASE. I am 22 pounds away to meet My Goal Weight. EXTREMELY FUSTRATED right now. My daily plan is. I walk 6 miles in the morning. I eat oatmeal about 4 oz with cinnamon,I go for 2 hours to the gym daily. Then I come home eat a egg with a mini bagel, I drink water and am keeping dinner VERY light.. I am NOT able to drink shakes anymore. I cant get them down. PLEASE HELP ..Thanks GS Family

Dying to get on the scale.. But scared too do so. Am still swollen. I dont want to be disappointed. Any advise of other MMO surgery patients out there ???
