My surgery is scheduled for 10:30 so I am the last to go, hope the knife is still sharp! So I will be at Starbucks at 1800 hours for our rendezvous..Over and out "Maverick" not the John McCain " Maverick " the Tom Cruise Top Gun " Maverick" and I will be "Goose". LOL

I think you are doing great on the diet, you have lost weight girl, so you are good I am sure you won't get reamed!! We can walk the halls together if we aren't puking as some people do post op.... Hi Im ok. Since my surgery I lost 20lbs. I have been 247 for about 2 weeks. Im trying not to get discouraged.I am happy with the weight loss tho. How about you. Thank you for checking on me

I think that there is four of us having the surgery that day, not sure... There are relatively short surgeries so that is pretty common... (I am a nurse).. I went to KU, my best friend went to and teaches at MU... I GUESS we can let a tiger in... LOL..We are meeting at 6pmat Starbucks on Friday at 75th and Quivira... Hope you can make it...

I made my youtube video after having no luck with my computer as the video kept getting stuck.. Look up healthyin kc and it is there... Tired of not eating anything... Go to my preop appt in the morning at 10, this is really happening...

I tried to make a video several times and when I went to preview it the camera was sticking in certain places so ugh... I am meeting another ksjayhawkmom on Friday at Starbucks at 6pm if you would like to come... She is also having surgery with the same group on the same day.. I have only told a few close friends and family as I didn't want too many opinions as this was my choice... I will try and get my hubby to fix my camera and make a you tube video when he gets home.. Private message me for which starbucks if you can make it.. Need as much support as I can get as I don't know anyone that has had this surgery except through the message boards...

I know she is so tiny and looks so young, I couldn't believe she was 42... I am struggling with the diet also.. I did have tortilla soup and strained everything out yesterday, so it was not low sodium broth.. Your videos crack me up and I subscribed to your channel... I think I will make a video today too to document my journey.. Would love to meet you sometime, I live in western Lenexa. We are so gonna rock this sleeve and make ourselves and Dr. Fearing proud... My surgery is at 730 am on the 12th and we will be in the hospital at the same time... Yes I will be at Menorah dont know what time.. havent heard from them yet! Dr Fearing is so tiny!

I have the same surgeon as you and am having surgery the day after you on June 12th.. I was wondering if I could add you as a friend to share this journey together.. I just love her she is the sweetest and most caring doctor... I wish us the best of luck during this journey.. Are you having your surgery at Menorah?? How are you doing on this awful preop diet??? So far I have not cheated but it has been rough..
