Incredibly, I am 3 pounds away from my 1st milestone of being under 300 lbs. It has been more than 8 years since I've been under 300 lbs. I remember in 2005 weighing myself in the gym and thinking 303 lbs is not a lot of weight,... I can lose weight when I'm ready. I returned to the gym a week later and weighing in at 305 thinking "no big deal - just a few more pounds to lose." Since the start of my weight loss journey, I am down an amazing 58 lbs. However, lately I've been experiencing some light-headedness and not sure where it is coming from so I've made an appointment with my doctor and had some blood work done just to make sure there is no underlining disorder present. I have improved my protein intake but still struggle with water intake daily, otherwise I am doing well. I did not walk any last week, but do plan to get back on track this week.

Day 3 ended in the hotel with getting pain meds, a sleeping aid, a check of my incisions sites by the nurse and being told the van will be here at 7:30 am to take us to the airport. My roommate and I got up at around 6 am, packed our bags and headed for the lobby where we met one other sleever in our group whoes flight was at noon as well. We got in the van and headed for the Mexican border. The line of cars to get out of Mexico was massive, traffic merging in from every fairway, side street and

OK, I don’t recall if I mentioned this before, but I traveled alone for my procedure, however; there were several who had guest that travel with them. The guests stayed down stairs in the lobby area during the day 1 surgeries, then, were taken to the recovery area so that they could see their loved one immediately after surgery. The guest were given lunch at the surgery center which from what we were told was very good. Once the visit was over the guest were taken to the hotel if there was not enough
