Hi, I recently posted about a probiotic supplement that I have been using and found to really help me with cravings,etc. I tried to be careful about to "selling" it but I think it still came across that way. Can you point me to any guidelines on how to better offer the suggestion to others without it appearing that I'm actually trying to sell the stuff. I don't sell it myself. Hello. I just had my surgery last Thursday, September 8th. I live in California my doctor is located in Los Angeles. It I'm doing well thus far. I didn't realize how scared I would be right before the surgery. For me it was a mix of things, ofcourse scared of something going wrong during surgery then there was also all the changes I would have to make, all the food I wouldn't be able to eat. I have to say though, today I am glad I had the surgery. I have my fist post op this Friday so I will check in with the weight loss portion. I used to look at myself in the mirror and think there was never going to be change. Now I see a light at the end of the tunnel. Not only because of my weight but also because of my health.
