Am I at a standstill?

I lost 22 lbs pre op from 9/12- 9/23. I had my surgery on 9/23 and as of today, 11/26, I've lost an additional 28 lbs. I feel the weight loss is slowing down. Am I overreacting? How often should I weigh myself?
Anxious and nervous all at once

It's getting close to my surgery date and I'm getting anxious and nervous. I'm about to start my pre surgery diet. I'm so excited and scared.
