Eating Disorder Therapy 101

I have been told time and time again that beside surgery it was equally important to seek out and find an eating disorder therapist. I was resistant at first because ALL the therapist that specialized in eat disorders were "out of network" as far as insurance went. Thanks to my $64,000 surgery I have met my "in network" deductible. I wanted to find someone that I wouldn't have to shell out more money too. I had no such luck!
