Hello fellow sleeve family it is time for me to give an up date and for the newbies ill start at the begining. I went to TJ mx, had my surgery done by Dr. almanza 6/22/12 i had a hard first three days vomiting due to the meds they knocked me out with. The procedure went well and the clinic was very clean, yes the 1st 3 days I did regret what i had done but knew what was done was done. The first 3 months was the hardest. I could only eat about 1.5-2 ozs of food at a time i felt i was wasting alot

I haven't posted in a while.let's start off by saying as of this morning i'm 175lbs which means i'm finally over weight and not obese anymore yeah!!! I started going to the gym about 3 Weeks ago, I started 5 days then 3 days, and h
haven't been yet this week. Im starting school again so i've been running around getting things together, so I have to change my gym days to sat,sun,mon, we will see how long this last. I started going only to tone my flab. Well any who since I started the gym

3.5 months post-op (kinda long)

I had my surgery 3.5 months ago in TJ Mexico with Dr. Almanza. I lost 5lbs pre-op and 47lbs post-op. I lose 10lbs a month. I have a cycle 5lbs one week, stall the next, 5lbs the next week, then another stall. It's given my body time to catch up however I am seeing a belly apron i hope will catch up if not plastics will be in the future. my taste changes what seems like weekly, some days i'm craving veggies and i will eat them over protein other days i eat only protein, I do not get anywhere close
