Thanks for taking the time to write. I will be glad to help where I can. I guess the first order of business is to determine what you are eating and drinking. You may think you are doing what it takes, and it's possible that you are. It's also possible that you need to shake things up a bit and we won't know what that entails until I know what it is you currently eat, drink, and take in the way of supplements.
