One week out wow the past week flew by, I got to the hospital about 7.00am, I was told I scheduled for theatre mid morning but to be honest I'm not sure I fell asleep in the waiting bay and woke up in my room lol I have absolutely no memory other then a few words to my surgeon in the waiting area n the anaethesist popping in the cannula. Hi all just wondering when after post op are you allowed to have a hot bath?
I've been feeling low the last couple of days so my food tracking went off track as did my will power. But I've learnt from it and realized how much I turn to food for comfort only to feel much worse later on once I have gotten over the binge. I went through this when I first stopped drinking coke I was soooo addicted to it I drank at least 6 litres a day and seemed to drink more then what I ate and could understand why I was putting on so much weight I was drinking a whopping 2,580 calories just

So lately I've bin stopping by the shops looking for things I may need Post Op. So every time I go to the shops I buy a few things here and a few things there. But those few things have accumulated to a lot of things ...so much so that my cupboards are full and overflowing. I think that I'm over doing it because I'm on the pre op diet, so Whenever I see food I buy it and probably won't even use it all this is I guess is comfort shopping.
