90 lbs gone and I feel GREAT!!

It's amazing to see the progress over the last 4 months. This week on the 22nd will be 4 months since my surgery and so far I have lost 75lbs, 68 inches and 4 pant sizes during this time. I couldn't be happier!!! Somedays are rough but I try to stay focused on the big prize at the end and that's being healthier and living longer. Best wishes to those who have gone through the surgery and to those who are thinking of it. This is absolutely the best thing I could've possibly done for myself.

wow good job!!!!! I have been on a low carb diet because my bmi went over 40 right after Easter. So I'm trying to be careful

I'm 7 days into my preop diet and I have to say that I am on every proud of myself because I have stuck to it to the letter. Now 7 days to go of this diet, I leave wednesday to San Diego to do some site seeing then surgery on the 22nd. Thus far on the proep diet I have 11 pounds we shall see how much more I can unload before surgery.....

2 weeks????? they told me three days. are you staying at the recovery house?

Passport in today!!! Next on the list will be the 2 week clear liquid diet. A little nervous yet more excited than anything. I'll see you there.

It's now less than 2 months that I leave for san diego to have my sleeve done. So far I would have to say I am very pleased and relieved with the fact that everything is falling into place. Plane tickets are bought, hotel is reserved, the only thing left is to get the passport which is scheduled for next week. Yay!!!
