    Hello Sunshines4u2,

    The whole experience in Mexico was great. The hospital staff and hotel staff were great and took great care of me. The only complaint that I have was that I did not actually meet my surgeon. I did meet Dr. Almanza and Dr. Hernandez (I think). Dr. Almanza explained everything that would be going on before, during and after surgery. My surgery went well. The gas pains can hurt a lot. My advice would be sure to walk as much as possible. I have not been getting in all of my required fluids but it is getting easier everday. I feel really good and not in a lot of pain. Best of luck to you in your journey. Remember to walk and sip, sip, sip.

    How was your surgery? I am scheduled for mine next week on the 29th. How are you feeling? How was the whole Mexico experience......any advice you can give me? Good luck with your recovery & weightloss
