Good morning all,I'm 16months out down 97lbs from surgery...as I sit here noting this down I'm scared out my mind about going under once again my bag,paper work and kids are ready to go...Gallbladder and kidney issues are pretty common after any WLS.
I ask my Surgeaon if it's so common why not take these organs out before the begin to fail? He says you answer your question why take these perfect organs out if that not failing at the time.

3 in a half months later and I'm down 52lbs.
This has been the best decision I could of ever made,My diabetes and HBP has dispersed. I no longer take any medication other then my Multi Vitamins.
With out this tool, I still would of been in the struggles of weight loss,managing Type 2 diabetes with insulin and consuming pills for High blood pressure,but thanks to my Surgeon/PCP that's no longer my case...
Since surgery I have followed the Rules/Instructions and all is well.

I had an appointment with my surgeon today they check my vitals & Sugar and everything is Normal I'm down 20 lbs my weight day of surgery was 237lbs I'm now 217lbs he proceeded to elaborate on a Hiatal Hernia he did repaired in me so that's a plus, I appreciate.Im cleared to go back to work Monday which I'm not happy about but I'am happy about starting puree foods Monday....Yay
