  1. I'm glad you're home and doing well! I'm still super tired too. I have to go in for an upper GI tomorrow because it seems anytime I drink or try to take my meds it gets stuck in my throat and doesn't go down. It comes back up at me all night. I had to sleep sitting up last night. I'll let you know what I hear about the upper GI! On a new note I just adopted a really cute puppy from a person who was abusing him. It's so sad. He's super cute and sweet but super afraid of my son and husband. He does fine with my girls though. I just keep telling them they have to be patient and give him time. He's a chihuahua and only about 6 pounds. Speaking of pounds I'm down 21 pounds now!! YEAH!! Talk to you tomorrow! Thank you again for friending me!

Yikes... how are you doing now? I just got home an hour ago. Super tired but good. Terrified of hiccups and not having an IV for fluids.
  3. I've been thinking about you! How did surgery go? I'm doing ok except this morning I managed to roll onto my right side (without thinking) and riped the stitches in my stomach! It hurts so bad I walk hunched over holding my right side! My doctor put me on stronger pain meds now. Let me know how you are doing!

oh ya I am sooo glad the liquid diet for me was only two days. I don't know how people can do it for weeks at a time. Chicken broth was what kept me sane... and even that is debatable.... he,he,he

Glad your home safe and sound. Thanks for the kind words. I have crossed the bridge in to "doubt ville". I have internal conversations and they all start out... Really, you HAVE to have surgery to loss weight? I have actually paused to ponder that question... Yikes! I know it is part of the process since i have seen so many people here do the same thing--- now i know exactly what they meant. Next is to cross over into ...OMG this is happening now!!!!!
  6. Thank you! I'll let you know how it goes! I'm super scared but excited to start a new chapter in my life! How is the liquid diet going for you?
