It's 3 weeks post and I finally have it under control!
I can eat without spewing (chew chew chew and eat SLOW!) that take a bit to learn I tell ya!
I feel myself going back to my old habits which scares me.
I got some chocolate the other day but guess what? It's still there!
Maybe the kids will actually get some!
The best thing? The money I am saving is crazy!!

I got put of the hospital today! Feeling good!
It's great to have smoething to drink other than water or broth.
I'm feeling a bit tired but I'm just going to have a rest.
I was craving a toasted cheese sandwich but that's head hunger. I'm not hungry. And I can't tell when I'm hungry or full so I just drink 200mls
I had bad reflux but that's gone now I think it was from the surgery. Fancy giving people ice cream and milkshake after weight loss surgery..
