Well since I started at 293 I met my doc at 283 online. Surgery was 276 start. My smallest 170.. but since then I picked up weight. My heaviest due to water weight 200. Same week I'll be back to 188. I am 189 now. I have had a panniculectomy and tummy tuck. I was swollen 184 aft surgery. I am about that life . But that water gain will make you bonkers. I am at a point of f it ,but came a long way. Now I. Am needing to loose more weight so I can get my upper body worked on.

Had Panniculectomy surgery yesterday.
Not a lot of pain.
I Was 194 w clothes on scale
Had surgery ,removed 7lbs of skin.
Plus I got tummy tuck done. He took me in 7 inches.
I might be a size 12now, but not sure what I will be when swelling go down.
Maybe a size 9/10...
Felela funny I can see my thighs and what nots
Won't change a thing.

I am a little mad at myself, when I looked too small it made me feel some way. I got to 171 ,my face looked as if I was doing drugs,a gaunt look. I got to 182-185 I looked fine, got a second job and its a sit down all day job. I am a smacked.picked up to 193-195, yes 10 lbs, but its a lot when your clothes fit another way..
My ibs w/c is horrible. That doesn't help as well. Tired of taking something almost once a week to go to bathroom....if I was regular I would be that 10lbs thinner. I

The craziest thing ever after having surgery, I could not I mean COULD NOT drink water, I actually had to add a flavor to it so that I could stomach it. It would actually sit on my chest and I suffer horrible HEART BURN.....
this is not crazy just it doesn't work for all.
I could Not after surgery and a few months down the line, eat 6oz x 5 times a day for nothing in the world. Let alone all the proteins ect that is required.
