I'm having a hard time understanding your post. It sort of sounds like a body image thing instead of an obesity thing. I have a hard time visualizing someone in a size 10 as being so overweight as to need the sleeve. I know we all have our own goals but there is obesity and the need for surgery and There is a different condition which really has not much to do with actual weight but more about how we perceive ourself. It's a strange feeling to be living in a body that you don't recognize. I've been overweight my whole life. As long as I can remember, except for a few very short times after this diet or that i've weighed over 200 lbs and as much as 293. I started this journey, at 238.
