    well its been a year i am down 131 lbs i am so happy with my progress and there is more to come.....

    what i meant by the struggle is real u have to be ready or this surgery mind , body and spirit.. my journey so far has been awsumm ... startin weight was 446, surgery weight 436 and weght as of 8/6/15 is 361.. i am so happy have not been this weight in 20 years , i still have a way to go but i am redy to keep movein forward.... everyone be well and best o luck to everyone
