The trick is not to stretch your stomach out again. Besides, in the first month, you will vomit it up.

Look for the EAS brand shakes at Sam's club. Buy the low calorie ones. 17 grams Protien/100 calories/1.5 carbs. When your able, try the EAS low calorie bars and the Ostrim brand Ostrich/beef sticks. Really good too.
