    Hi Molly,
Good news...my 11 day stall is no longer. I woke up this morning dreading to get on the scale. Surprise....I was down 2.8 lbs. So hang in there and yours will go away too. I did increase my water intake the pass two days....that may have helped, I don't know!
    Talk soon!
  2. Hey good to hear from you. You are not alone I am at a stall, too, but i did not measure. I feel great!! I go to the Dr. on Fri the 1st. What do we do about stalls? do they just go away? I should get released by the Dr. so I will be able to workout. I have only been walking every day.
    Glad you are doing well.

    Hiya Molly,
Just dropping you a note to see how you are doing? I have got through my 3 week stall,, has taken me 2 weeks to do so. I have SO much energy.
I even went hiking last weekend while camping and did not get winded! that is a first in over a dozen years for me.
Headed for another nutritionist appt on 7/6 and the pt at that office too. Meeting with a trainer this week to set up a routine. I think i feel I can add more to my work out.
What is going on with you?
    Hope all is well

    Hi Molly,
Doing well on my Post surgery, I have lost 14 # , Head back to work tonight. Kind of excited kind of nervous too, I work in and ER and it is really busy on Sunday nights. I have had no complications, except, Everything including water tastes like sugar! They told me that would happen, but I just had no idea. I am on Mushy food now, and doing well. My nutritionist said I could have Cheese! never a Better word said. I tell you. My 1 oz I just savored.
Weather was nice here for a few days, so I have been able to walk outside, On Rainy days I head to the gym or the Mall. Next week I get to think about going and doing, Yoga and Pliates. Mid June Cardio and wt training.
or and normal diet on my Birthday.
Thats about it for me at the moment, thanks for checking in!
    more llater

post op feet swelling.

by molly on 05-09-2011 at 11:06 AM
Hope everyone is doing well. I had my surgery May 5, I feel great getting my walking in and trying to get all my fluids in, but my feet are swollen. Has anyone had this? Should I call the Dr. or is this normal? I know my abdomen is swollen as well. I know this swelling is normal. Let me know if anyone has had post op feet swelling.
