Did you get a date yet? I lost a LOT in the first few months, like 40-60 pounds.... guys are lucky that way. Energy level is really low for the first 3 weeks but picks up fast as better solid protein foods get added....I had no issues with hydration, and my only problems were occasional explosive Diarrhea and gas that clears the room, hits unexpectedly, and CANNOT be stopped... lol

I figured that might be the case...lol. It's hard sometimes in typed form to see when it's a joke.

My second post was less serious because I had checked your other posts and saw you were a legit person....
