My friend had purchased it this little oven, and I thought it was so interesting. So I ordered one, and boy it is such a great machine. For someone like me that is 6 weeks post op VSG, and able to eat a more extensive variety of low fat healthy food. This is the best way to cook your food with all the fat taken out, what ever you put in the oven, chicken, pork, meat, etc. all the fat drips to the bottom. I believe that is my best way of eating healthier, and being able to maintain a low fat intake
Hello all I have been a little on the slow side of loosing since my surgery I have only lost 12 lbs. and I am going into my third week tomorrow. I feel like I'm not making any progress. I'm in the pureed stage, and I tried eating some pureed potatoes, I ended up getting very sick, so I am back on liquids... Scared to try anything else that is not liquids.
