Wishing you good luck and a speedy recovery. I am 8 wks post sleeve and am doing well. The first day you will lay in bed push that pain button and get up and walk. I recovered by myself with friends and family a phone call away by my choice, didnt want people to fret about me. You will sleep alot, thats good. Just take tiny sips and steps. looking forward to seeing your progress report. Ava.

Well it will be interesting to see how we both fair from Day One.
After reading so much info on here, I believe the first week sound very uncomfortable and hard to get fluids in. But then everyone gets past that and the real journey begins for us.
Probably like you I am anxious about the actual surgery. They say it takes roughly 8 weeks for the stomach to heal and then we can eat small amounts of whatever!
I have been reading the blogs on here and that helps with questions you may as the help and advice comes from fellow Sleevers.
I am in Sydney, Australia and it is our winter here, so hoping to have dropped a dress size or two for summer.
