Since my fall Tuesday and the dr sidelining me for next 6-8 weeks i am trying to be creative. I keep on my ankle, wrist and hand weights all day so when i do walk to the restroom or sitting at work all day i still get a little exercise going to printer etc. I had a friend who does yoga show me some exercises that they do on their backs that will not put strain on my spine while using my resistant bands and wearing my waist, arm & thigh trimmer under my sauna suit with my heat on 80 basically

I was able to get back on track and get some new foods such as eggs, soft cooked vegetables, cottage cheese and cheese. Today I am trying the beans but not going to lie and say its been great cause i have had heartburn out the world each time i try something new. Unfortunately i have been able to be at home this week to try all these things due to falling in the parking lot at work and straining my lumbar so i havent been able to walk all this week but feeling quite blessed cause others were hurt

I am resting at home today and tomorrow. I have been stuck on 287 for several days but know its my fault. I haven't been getting in all the water and protein i should have and fell back into my old habits of eating once a day and not much at all so my body is holding on in the starvation mode. Before I had this surgery i knew my issue was going to be learning to balance work and personal life and making time to eat as i should and getting at least 800 - 1200 calories a day. I went back to work

Been a struggle this week as i started getting more active. I have not been able to eat much. It takes me all day to eat a small greek no fat yogurt and the rest to drink 2 8 oz skim milk. I can drink water but by 48 oz's i feel so overloaded i cant do anything else but drink the protein shots to get my protein in.
I tried the soups and attempted to force it down just made me gag. I am not sure what is going on as to reading what people have achieved in their 2nd week post op why

I returned back to work full time. I am so sore getting up and down but find it easier as i go along. Today was a good day my co workers brought food in along with pastries and fruit to welcome me back and enjoyed all of it and i wasn't tempted in the least to eat anything.
Needless to say I have been walking the last several days and have gotten to about a mile without a problem but found out the mile back is the problem lol. In my logic since i was walking a half mile there
