    Hi, Joyce. You and I have a lot of similarities.....close in age, close to same starting weight, close to the same surgery day. We can try to keep each other motivated and encouraged. I am only 10 days post op - so I'm still trying to figure a lot of stuff out - like how many calories I should be shooting and how much exercise? When did you start exercising? I haven't really started yet except for a little walking.
