I have had a little set back. The doctors found cancer. I had a total hysterectomy on May 27th. Right now I am hurting all over and feel like I have been hit by a semi. I am still waiting for the final Pathology but it looks like they got it all.
I am down 70 pounds. I haven't done much exercise since I had the sleeve, but I am happy with the slow results. Hope everything is going well with you.

WOW!!! That's amazing!!! Hasn't it only been 2 months since u had surgery? I'm at the 3 month mark... I get head cravings, constantly would love to taste this and that... I tried a bite of a lindor chocolate a while back and trust me... The sample is NOT worth it! I spit it back out. It tasted awful! lol I see people eat things that I would love to have but then I look at myself and say... It's not worth it cause I'm lookin and feelin great!

You'll figure out your new golf swing. How much were u needing to lose to be at your goal weight? I have 50 more lbs to get to my personal goal.

A couple weeks ago I think I ate too fast, or maybe too much. I ended up with that foamy/slimy crap in my throat and what I ate came back up. That was not fun at all. So... I focus on eating slower. I didn't realize I was eating fast or too much... It just kinda hit me. Lesson learned!

Hi Chuck Yes, things r going well. Went through my stall time. I had to up my calories and started losing again! Whew... How r things going for u?

Not going as fast as you, but I'm down 35, which I'm real happy with.

\Well the stall has ended for now ....didnt drop for a few days waited a week to jump on the scale again and walah 9 lbs gone...

So started puree but also just chewing stuff up real good, I dont know what im doing but I feel great .only problem is I really dont care to eat wish there was just a pill I could take in the morning and be done with the food part , im eating eggs mashed tatters salad i have no problems with any food life is normal except losing weight like crazy , trying to get all my water in but i know im not not getting the protein in but im working on it , i have zero acid reflex. zero hunger and zero appetite lol weird !!!!

Holy shit I have drank my last shake broth artificial sweetened protein drink ever I am going to live on water until I can eat real Protein I can not stand the shakes anymore love water lolllololololol sorry just had to vent!!!

Yes my dear I have had diarrhea since the day after surgery. My thots are, there's really no real food going through our system and I'd like to believe that our body is already chewing through our fat...because the diarrhea is kinda like that...on the verge of being graphic but...greasy. But every day I'm getting more regular. Hope you're doing well!

So day 8 or 9 im not sure do you count the day it was done ? i was out at 8 am well i dont know but the hardest thing for me to understand is no hunger at all i mean come on really !!! weird...so I have had zero problems of any kind except trying to drink protein waters and stuff like that the sweeteners are horrible serious they make me want to blow so water has been my main staple a little tired late in the day but other then that I feel great getting about 70 oz of water ....o wait Emergen-C dietary supplement I can handle a couple of those a day which make me feel better I guess I dont know I feel great ready for phase 2 to see if I will feel better when I start eating some protein shocked at the weight loss im sure there is some water weight but im am in a shirt today i havent wore for a while so ya feeling great hope everyone else that I was on the trip with feels great talk to ya soon
