I'm curious, I remember people saying, that if you eat too much you would stretch the stomach , and all you would have to do is eat smaller portions and your stomach would go back to the proper size. So now that being said, if we were to stretch our stomachs by over eating or drinking, would we be able to shrink our stomachs by going back to a small portion.

Has anyone tried this ,shirataki noodles . My friend told me about them,they are very low in calories and carbs .
You can flavor with them with anything you like. I use chicken and well cooked vegetables ,one thing though you will have to rinse them well, because the packing liquid has a fishy smell once you rinse them that all goes away and you can't taste or smell it any more .They taste like egg noodles. I went online and found other recipes I'm going to try them later.
