Yes, I did have my sleeve in Tijuana. We only live 1 1/2 hour from Mexico. Dr. Quinones did the surgery.
He did the surgery very well, I had no problems. Just the things one expect from a major surgery. Drive will pick you up at the border and take you to the Dr. Office the day of the surgery, do all the test blood ect. and then preform the surgery. The nurse takes very good care of you, that day it is a good time to get up and walk. The second day you take a walk outside. The third day they take you to a very nice hotel for one night. I guess if you have any problems they can you back to Dr. Office. But I was fine they take you back to your car and you go home. The first couple day I was dizzy, but every day it get better and better. I think I had my sleeve about 33 days ago. I feel real good, but I get tired easy, I guess that is the effects of the surgery. The cost was $4500.00 for everything. No regrets at all, but it seems like 98% that goes to Mexico is very pleased. I think they really take care of you there. But I have to say, it is very clean but it does not look like USA Hosp. Good luck, if you are paying cash it is a good deal. USA wants, I heard $18,000 for the same thing ?? I am sure you will make the right decision. Where you from?

css95 - I see in your post you said you have your procedure done in Mexico. Where and with whom? I'm looking to have it done early next year (hopefully in January) and just trying to do some extra work on who is good in Mexico.
