    Keep your head in it. The pre op diet is the worst, but I lost 56 lbs. before I went in for Surgery!!! you can too. NO CHEATING. We love you and are praying for you.!

    Hi Clemonc how are you doing on your pre-op diet? Im doing aweful I cheat with a protein for dinner as I cant stand it. Hope your doing better.
