    Thanks it is quite cool.

The dietician at the hospital i went to said that it is scary moving onto solid food but you have to push yourself to do it. If something makes you sick then you need to give it a couple of weeks and then try it again as your stomach is still adjusting. Ive been having risotto and cous cous which seems to go down well.

2 mile walk! man i couldnt do that before my surgery nevermind 5 weeks after! It will start again dont worry an exercise is the main thing. I miss my archery cant wait till i can start that again

Hi i got your message. Thank you. So are you hawaiian? I am going to Hawaii on Thursday. I can't wait. I want to get into polynesian dancing. There is a studio not too far from me that costs 50 a month so i am thinking about it. Hope all is well with you. Take care

Hello sleeve buddy , I'm not doing to bad starting to get onto soft food. Read your post I'm sorry that you didn't get much support from home, I honestly couldn't imagine doing it without the help of my mum and dad. Ive got weighed yesterday and lost about 40 pound so far (think most of that is loss of muscle!). Your dancing sounds really good

Post-op dieting and excercise

by SpechL Goddess on 07-15-2011 at 03:27 AM
My doctor says you can stretch your stomach from drinking too much to fast, from sodas eating more than the full feeling you get or when the pain starts that means to stop eating during post-op at anytime.

you have to stay with the full liquid diet for the first two/three weeks of no fat, no carbs, broths like chicken and vegetable. I drink lil medicine cups every 15mins of drink propel zero, designer whey from gnc, or broth with a small tea spoon or if you can tolerate skim milk
