Biography:

I am a 38 yr old male living in Vancouver Canada and I went to Washington State in the U.S. to have my gastric Sleeve...quick recovery time and I have never looked back.
I have struggled with weight most of my adult years and working at a care home I see what being overweight /obese does to a persons quality of life. Quite often these issues are irreversible which dramatically affect ones abilities.
So I decided before trying another fraudulent diet of some new miracle berry I will have the gastric sleeve surgery and incorporate healthy eating alongside a 30 min workout each day to stay physically and mentally fit so I may live out the rest of my life happy and with quality :)
