Exactly the same!! I went up 2 lbs this week for no reason at all, however, I am not even close to getting the recommended fluids, would be the only thing I don't do well. I know that if I drink plain water in the night in my sippy cup in bed, I lost weight more, so I know it is the water thing. I would like to lose quickly, but I don't have/take time to excersize, but what the heck, I am happy with 10 lbs a month if it still steady comes off for good. I heard that if you eat less than 600 cal a day, it is difficult to lose, and I probably eat about 400-600 a day most days, too. For example, 2 protein shakes + 300 cal, and 2 eggs & chz = 300 cal and that's was it for me today. I have a newer treadmill that needs dusted off, not feeling like I have enough energy in the evenings....so need to eat more than a protein shake for lunch.
