Hitting The first major hurdle

As of this morning, 6/30/12 , I have have hit my first hurdle of losing 100 pounds! The scale read 267.6 . So the official # is 101 lbs down!!!!! I feel GREAT! I cant wait for the last 67 to come off. My prize is just a few months away. Time to celebrate with a protein shake!

Is it just me or is there anybody else out there that weigh themselves daily to see the numbers going down. I know i should do it only once a week, but i'm so excited i can't wait.

Hello evrybody, I just wanted to post something thats been happening to me the past couple of weeks. my weight preop was 368. Day of surgery 326 as of this morning 296. So happy i was sleeved! My Dr. and my nutritionist both told me prior to the surgery that losing the weight will also play with your mind a bit. For the majority of my adult life i've been overweight. The last time i was 190-200 was when i was 19. I was 230 when i met my wife in 1993 and 250 when we got married in 1996. From there
