How is anyone able to make it through this first day of NO SOLIDS until dinner time? I am going absolutely BONKERS!!!!! Gonna eat my dinner early because I am going to visit a friend who is in a serious medical situation and cannot travel much. I know there's gonna be food there, it will be difficult not to say anything to the several people that will be there, and politely say "no thank you" when the announcement "food" is announced.

This is a reality check for me. I guess I didn't realize how big I had gotten until today when I had my boyfriend take a picture of me front view and side view. I am now more determined to keep a positive mind and go forward with this surgery. I had to postpone it one time because I was very ill for three months. Now that I am well, my fears are gone, and I'm ready to go forward. Thanks for letting me vent.
