Today IS the DAY!!!!

it's finally here... the day I have been waiting for! Seems like just yesterday I decided to do this and now it is here!!! Very excited to join the SLEEVED side of this journey! At the Marriott hotel here in TJ and it has been a pleasant stay. Not sure when I will get the call that they are coming for us. I hope soon. Waiting is the hardest part!! lol I loved meeting my 2 new sleeve sisters- we enjoyed our last meal of 'broth' and a popsicle together last night! I hope Dr. Elias Ortiz can

I can hardly believe it! In 5 days at this time I am going to be on the other side of Gastric Sleeve surgery! I will be SLEEVED! I am so EXCITING for that day! At this point it doesn't seem real. My biggest fears now are the traveling! I am not a 'frequent flyer' and have NEVER traveled alone. I KNOW I can do this and will be astatic once I see Abraham and Stephanie (my Sleeve Sister (partner in surgery- lol) when I arrive in SD! LIG!

Oh boy! Just when I thought I was on the right track... I get a letter from the US Dept... stating that the picture I submitted was incorrect. I guess as the saying goes...' you get what you pay for'. I had mine done at Walmart! I am going BACK THERE today and having it re-done. I sure hope they get it correct this time. Anyone else have this problem? I fly to SD on Dec 3rd and my surgery is on Dec 4th! I don't need this mess right now. I can stay calm, I know I can- lol. On the bright
