    I had my surgery the same date I did really good the 10 days before I lost 15 pounds now it is very slow. My doctor has not been good about help afterwards they do not have a support group ( they meet quarterly) and I feel like I don't know if I am eating the wrong this too much not enough just really scared Im not doing the right things
