I'm 5'10 and at my heaviest was 376. I always thought I'd like to be 200 again but the doc's always push for 165 which in my mind seems too skinny for me!

It depends on what feels right to you. Plus it matters what your build is and your frame. If being at 200 feels right for you then more power to you! I hate the BMI chart.
