I had my surgery on August 8th by Dr Craig Taylor, from the O clinic. So far lost 12 kgs and counting.

Just wanted to say hello to you all and would love to hear everyones stories

Way to go Catherine good results coming through, I also am using O Clinic and am getting done on 9th sep so the countdown is on very excited and very anxious too but still a good feeling, keep up the good work

I was Sleeved on the 8th and lost just over 10kgs, so you are doing amazingly well.
Are you out exercising and are you still on full liquids?
