Have had a drop of about 2kg over the past 2 days after a bit of a plateau, however, I have noticed that when I do have a significant drop such as this, by sugar levels go up....usually only for a bit until they seem to regulate themselves.
Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, does anyone know the reason for it?
