How is everyone doing? I am full of fear right now. I have gained 15lbs and feel like I am going back to bad eating habits. Is anyone else struggling? How are you getting through it. I didn't do all this to go back.
Holding steady at 104# loss
I to have struggled with some weight gain. I am getting back to basics with my focus being on protein and proper quantities. Plus going back to the gym. Hang in their and at least we caught it before it is out of hand.
