I got a couple messages that someone was trying to start a discussion here but they didn't lead to anything. Thought I'd try and see if I could get it to work.

My stats: VSG 5/7/18 HW 310, SW 274, CW 250. I'm in my full liquids + protein shakes week, next week get to progress to puree.
