    Bariatric chewable Multivitamin
    Jarrow B-12 Losengers that can be taken sublingual
    Vitamin D3

    Any other suggestions?

    I do calcium because I dont drink milk. May not be necessary.

    I always feel like I need to take more vitamins but this is what Im currently taking 6 months out:

    Raw multivitamins
    Calcium with D
    Iron
    B complex sublingual
    Biotin
    Jarrow b12 on some days

    Hi Rob, you don't need to buy Bariatric grade vitamins for the Sleeve. Not necessary to spend that kind of money.
    Per Doctors orders I use Chewable Womens Day Multi V., Natures Bounty Vit. B12 sublingual, chew. Calcium twice a day. My blood work has come back better than it was before surgery.
    They make a Men's day Multi Vit.
    Good Luck PS Bariatric Vit. Made for people that had the bipass because they have absorption problems. You will not have that issue.

    Great! Thank you for the information. I will change the multi vitamin out. As far as biotin I have lost my hair already so that's a lost cause!
    As far as B complex and B12 I thought B12 was one of the most important? Any protein powders that you feel work really well?
