Hey all! I'm three months out today, lost 41 pounds so far and loving it!
I'm just wondering why I have headaches and nausea for the past two days. Not pregnant..
My energy is really low, been getting my protein as best I can. Need more water for sure, but had to miss work today and I'm worried this will continue. My whole team has been sick off and on, and I feel it in my throat and chest.
Just worried about being nauseous. I don't have the flu either. Am I just worn down? I usually work 10-12 hr days, I'm a retail store mgr.
Feeling so bad for my team not to be there, hoping I'm back to myself by Monday

I will be 3 months post-op next Tuesday. I haven't had any nausea yet. Make sure that you are getting your water in and more protein. My weight loss is 47 pounds but I have been at a stall. Good luck with your weight loss!
