Hello Weight Loss Buddies! I did my weekly weight in, for this week (week 4) I have not lost any weight/pounds. I think I am losing inches; I walk for 30 - 45 mins (in addition to walking all day at work) and work on toning my arms for 15 mins. I feel like I am barely eating...I thought that I would see more weight loss and not have zero weight loss this soon. I have lost a total of 21 lbs in 4 weeks. Is this good or bad???
I've lost 26 lbs in a month. Three week stall got me too. I started walking 5 days a week last week. It depends on how heavy you are as far as how fast you will lose. I look at it as weight that is gone and will never return unlike fad diets that make you drop 5 lbs a week. I'm good with 2 lbs a week. Will also allow us to work on exercising and help prevent sagging skin. Your doing great.
I lost 75 lbs in 3 months.. Now I am 5 months out and still at 75 lbs.. Makes me wanna pull my hair out.
Your body is going through a lot of changes. While you may not be losing pounds on the scale, things are adjusting on your body. I hit a stall at about a month and I didn't lose weight for about 3 weeks, but my clothes were getting loose. Don't get discouraged because many if us will hit those dreaded stalls. Just stick with your eating plan and keep exercising.
I am at week five and have lost 21 lbs. I was worried about it at first but I do feel a lot of changes in my body. I may not end up with as much loose skin I am hoping by losing more slowly.
I have lost at 30# in 5 weeks I had a week that it actually gained a pound. I put my focus on protien. Limit carbs then the weight dropped again. Found a drink called New Whey it has 42 grams of protein. Does not taste bade diluted with water. Keep it up it will come off
