I found a PDF with some pre/post surgery helpful dietary information called "Gastric Sleeve Dietary Guidelines for Sleeve Gastrectomy" from Brigham & Women's Hospital that I wanted to share.
Keep yourselves informed, but don't use only one source of information as a bible.
