i have had bloating in my stomach for about a week now come to find out it is the sorbitol ingredient in my iron pill and multi vitamin to make them sweet it is a sugar substitute the longer you use it the more it fills your stomach with bacteria cause sorbitol does not metabolize fast so it sits around for awhile with prolonged use it causes bloating belching gas and watery stools so all you sleevers out there be careful look at your vitamins and may sure sorbitol is not in it, it is a very bad ingredient my dietican warned me of it and said it could cause stomach upset i am switching vitamins to organic ones from swansons online as soon as hubby gets paid again cause i am not dealing with this pain any longer than i have to
