Lets up our exercise to see if we get better results. That's my goal for the week. Add 2 30 minute walk/runs a week. I get 2-3 so I'll try to get 5.
Let's do it...starting today
I can do that. I am at the gym at least 3 times a week but I can add walking in the evening for 30 minutes.
OK. Lets get it. I hit 180 this morning. This is the point I get to with every diet I tried in the last 9 years and then gain it back. I really wish to hit the 170s this week.
Monday and Wednesday, I do spin and tone, step aerobics, and bodypump weightlifting class. Tuesday and Thursday I mix it up with 1 or 2 of the following, spin class, water aerobics, cardio and tone, and pilates. Friday spin and tone and step aerobics.
I AM 5 WEEKS POST OP BEEN WAITING ON SMALL AREA TO HEAL COMPLETELY BEFORE I START WATER AEROBICS HAS ANYONE TRIED IT THEY SAY IT Help with the extra skin...just trying to figure it all out
My cousin does water aerobics and its works really well for her.
