I am looking for ways to create low sodium protein shakes. My protein shakes have high sodium but I am not sure what is considered high for example my morning shake sodium intake was 325 is that considered normal? My blood pressure goes very high with to much sodium and since I am new at this (1 month) I want to get it under control now then later. Thanks for reading and any advice is welcomed!
