    I started this journey at 538 lbs! Today 1 week post op I'm 497 lbs =D. I lost 14 pounds my first week post op and the rest on the pre-op diet =D

    Congrats! Keep up the great work. I find I lose more when I make sure I am getting all my water and protien in!
